If you are simply making a donation, you acknowledge that you are not receiving any product or service for the amount paid.
In order for us to conduct a defensive driving class, a minimum number of students must be registered for a particular date to cover the associated costs. If we do not reach the minimum number of students by 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, we reserve the right to transfer your registration to a later scheduled course at a location and date of your choice. If this situation does arise, we will notify you by email at that time.
If due to weather we consider conditions to be too dangerous to safely conduct a defensive driving class or for the students to travel to the class, we reserve the right to transfer your registration to a later scheduled course at a location and date of your choice. Obviously not all Colorado weather is expected, so the decision to cancel due to weather may be made as late as the morning of the course.
If for any reason you need to transfer your defensive driving class registration to a different course date or location, please let us know as soon as possible. Transfer requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled course will incur a $50 transfer fee.
If you determine that you can no longer attend a defensive driving class and would like a refund, all refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled course date. The amount refunded will be the total paid, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after 72 hours before the course.
No refund or transfer will be given to any student who begins a defensive driving class and leaves before completion, any student who is a “no call – no show” for a class, or if we are not notified of their absence before class begins.
If you are scheduled for any driving lesson, you need to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to make it. If you request to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the lesson, or are a no show at the time of the lesson, you will be subject to a $95 fee which must be paid before scheduling any other lessons.
